I structure five days of the week so I know exactly what I’m meant to be doing 100% of the time.
If I don’t achieve my goals I still have time to finish up on the remaining two days, but if everything’s done I’m FREE.
I know, I know, I’m the coolest person ever. But I swear, it’s the only way I manage to get everything done. It also makes me prioritise stuff effectively, so when I don’t have time to do something, I don’t feel guilty about saying no.
And when I spend my Sunday napping and perusing garden centres like a granny, I don’t feel like I should be do in something else.
