I write for four different websites and I’m still getting to grips with how to best divide my time. It doesn’t help that the one that needs the least time spent on it is my favourite to write for.
One thing that has helped is batching my outlines – all the research, subheadings, and images for all four sites is done in the first week of the month. All I have to do is the writing part.
A weird thing that helped me is using folders in Canva. I used to keep all the images I used in the default ‘uploads’ section, but separating the images for each site into its own folder saves a surprising amount of time.
